Following the success of the Queen’s Beasts series, it presents a renewed and historically grounded interpretation of Britain’s royal symbolism.
 
The reverse features the formidable Bull of Clarence, a symbol of strength, power, and nobility, shown holding a shield bearing the Tudor Rose. This emblem represents unity and the enduring influence of the Tudor lineage. The design was created by David Lawrence, whose detailed and expressive style brings the heraldic imagery sharply into focus.
 
The obverse displays the official coinage portrait of King Charles III, sculpted by Martin Jennings. This effigy marks a notable moment in British coinage, reflecting continuity alongside the beginning of a new reign.
